Performance Plans
The 1-Month and 3-Month mental training programs are designed for sports performers looking to take their mental preparation and overall performance to the next level.
The programs include weekly one-on-one sessions that introduce techniques such as visualization, goal setting, and mindfulness, coupled with a structured practice schedule.
Participants engage in tailored exercises, including self-reflection and performance tracking, to build self-awareness and identify areas for improvement.
Progress assessments are conducted at the end of each month to measure development and adjust personalized strategies as needed, ensuring that each athlete maximizes their mental and sporting potential.
1-Month Program: 4 sessions in total, 3 x 60 minute sessions, and 1 x 30 minute session. Sessions are scheduled weekly.
3-Month Program: 12 sessions in total, 3 x 60 minute sessions, and 9 x 30 minute sessions. Sessions are scheduled weekly.

1:1 Sessions
The 1:1 mental performance coaching service is designed to support sports performers in enhancing their mental resilience and focus to help improve their sports performance.
Working together, the mental coach and athlete develop personalized strategies to manage pressure, improve motivation, and overcome mental barriers.
This tailored approach allows individuals to explore their unique challenges and strengths, fostering a deeper understanding of their physical and mental game.
Through techniques such as visualization, mindfulness, and goal setting, the coaching sessions aim to empower athletes to unlock their potential and achieve peak performance in their respective sports.
Sessions take place remotely over Zoom (30 or 60 minutes). Sessions are summarized to help track progress, and athletes may receive practice work for the next session.
